LÖ draws its inspiration from glacier landscapes.

Just like water transforming into ice, these luminaires have two aspects: When the light is on, it endlessly displays its sparkling prisms. When it’s off, it reflects the surrounding environment with its mirror-like effect.

The luminaires of the LÖ series are called Nilak, Qanik, Qinu, these are Inuit words that refer to various states of ice.
