At night, Villa Hegra allegorically brings to life a vital link that the Nabataeans maintained between the sun and water handling. Via dynamic vertical emergences from the entrance to the site, then through a succession of backgrounds, shadows and lights alternate until the central water point, which becomes a mirror.

At nightfall, the Villa carries the voice of a civilization of nomads, whose science of water developed in connection with the sun, stone and wood.
